Shipping
Each order will be shipped with Track & Trace from Switzerland using SwissPost and their partners.
Orders are typically shipped out within 1-3 business days from our warehouse Monday - Friday. Shipping typically takes 2-4 days within Europe and 3-7 days to North America (US & Canada).
Delivery days are typically Monday to Friday, and orders may not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
We ship to the US, Canada, and Europe.
Updating your order
We try to fulfil orders very quickly and are unable to cancel or edit any orders at this time. If you’re just getting cold feet, hang on until you can give it a try – we think you will love Beltpin and if you don’t you can always send your order back within 30 days of delivery.
If you made a mistake with your shipping details email us with your order number and the new shipping address. The more information you give us, the sooner we can try and update your shipping information. We are unable to change the shipping address after the order has been processed or shipped.
Product FAQs
Beltpin is available in two sizes: Standard and Mini. Beltpin-standard size is designed for belts with widths between 25 mm and 35 mm (1”- 1.5”) and a maximum thickness of 5 mm (0.2”). Beltpin-mini size is perfect for belts with widths between 15 mm and 25 mm (0.5”-1”) and a maximum thickness of 5mm (0.2”).
While measuring your belt thickness, make sure you are measuring at the end of your belt (the part that is dangling) because ornaments, stitching etc may sometimes make this part thicker than the rest of the belt.
Beltpin does not fit for belts wider than 38 mm (1.5”) or thicker than 5mm (0.2”).
Beltpin is made of anodized aluminium, chrome plated spring steel and genuine tanned leather.
Order issues
Tracking status updates usually happen within 48 hours but if it hasn’t, don’t worry – your order is on its way and tracking will update shortly. If your tracking hasn’t updated for over 10 business days , and you are concerned there may be a delay or error we’d recommend contacting the shipping carrier with your tracking number to start a claim and reach out to us to with your order number to let us know.
In some cases, the shipping carrier may mark a package as “Delivered” a few days in advance when it is still out for delivery. If you haven’t received your package after it has been marked delivered follow these steps:
Double check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that it was shipped to the correct address.
Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail. The shipping carrier may have left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen.
Check with your neighbours, family, or roommate(s). They might have accepted the package for you.
Check for a notice of attempted delivery on your tracking link. This will have more information on the next steps you should take to receive your package.
Give it a little more time. Some shipping carriers will scan items as delivered prior to arrival. We suggest waiting 7 business days to account for this. Thank you for your patience!
If it has already been past 7 business days and your package is still missing, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to start a claim and reach out to us with your order number to let us know.
If your order has been returned, it’s likely to be for one of the following reasons:
The delivery address was incomplete (e.g. misspelled or missing information).
Our shipping partner was unable to access the address after several attempts.
The order was not collected from the pickup point after it was delivered.
The package was refused.
If your shipment is "returned to sender", we recommend emailing us to verify your shipping address and have your order reshipped. Please kindly note that we may not be able to reship your order if an item is out of stock.
Once your item is shipped, we re not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for more information.
Return policy FAQs
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all Beltpins within 30 days of receiving your order as long as they are unworn, undamaged and includes all of the original packaging. The shipping fees for returns will have to be covered by you. For our full return policy please see here
Unfortunately, any duties/taxes you pay are non-refundable at this time.
Please contact us with your order number to receive instructions for returning your order.
If you need to make a return, please use the original packaging of Beltpin.
Your refund will be processed once your return arrives and is processed at our warehouse. Please note that all items must be unworn, undamaged and have the original packaging to receive a refund. Once the return is approved you will receive an email notification for the refund. From here it may take your card company up to a full billing cycle to have this reflected on your statement. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment excluding the original shipping charges.
